Nezar Abou-Ismail has over 30 years of experience in the commercial and business areas. Mr. Abou-Ismail, is heavily involved in the Power, oil and gas, electricity, agricultural and mining areas of business and is very well connected to the decision makers in these sectors in Egypt as well as several other Arab and African countries, due to his past experience as a diplomat in the region.

Mr. Abou-Ismail was appointed as the Ambassador for the United Nations Disarmament Commission, acting as Commissioner for African countries. In addition, Mr. Abou-Ismail has further assumed the role of the Council for International Cooperation to the Chairman of the Arab Labor Organization. And currently is the Chairman of the Egyptian Moroccan Business Council. Mr. Abou-Ismail holds a BA in Anthropology from Alexandria University and a BA from the American University in Cairo, he also holds a Master Degree in Business Contracting Law from Central Michigan University, USA.
